Accounts & Billing Executive – Sai Marketing Ho Re Ca
Sai Marketing Ho Re Ca is looking for an Accounts & Billing Executive to join our team in Margao, Goa.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Prepare sales invoices and manage billing
• Record purchase and sales transactions
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
• Track outstanding payments and follow up when required
• Handle receipts, payments and cash entries
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documents
• Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with sales, purchase and delivery teams
• Assist with GST-related records and documentation
Requirements: • Good knowledge of Tally Prime
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience in billing and invoicing
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• B. Com / Commerce background preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience in FMCG, wholesale, grocery, trading or Horeca businesses will be an advantage.
