Scale Labs is hiring a Marketing & Creative Generalist to support across content, creative execution, social media, and day-to-day marketing activities. 

This is a broad, execution-focused role for someone who can take ownership of different tasks, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing requirements. 

Candidates must be based in Mumbai. (Full-Time, Remote). Freelancers should NOT apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Support day-to-day marketing, content, and creative execution

2. Create social media creatives, posts, carousels, and other visual content using Canva

3. Use AI image generation tools to create visuals and creative assets

4. Handle basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, and other content

5. Write articles, social media copies, captions, and other marketing content

6. Assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars

7. Coordinate social media content and execution across internal teams

8. Support content planning, execution, and coordination for different projects

9. Assist with research and execution of content ideas and topics when required

10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution

11. Work across different types of marketing and creative tasks based on business requirements

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatory

2. Strong writing and content creation skills

3. Good hands-on experience with Canva

4. Familiarity with AI image generation tools

5. Basic video editing skills

6. Ability to create and manage social media calendars

7. Strong organizational and coordination skills

8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

9. Quick learner who is comfortable handling varied responsibilities

10. Strong attention to detail and execution skills

11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

12. Candidates must be based in Mumbai

13. Prior experience in marketing, social media, content, or a similar role is preferred

14. Full-time availability only

Location: Mumbai

Timings: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 per month
