Job Description
Our client is hiring high-performing Sales Managers with strong experience and relationships, selling to the Wire & Cable industry.
We are looking for professionals who already have access to key decision-makers across leading cable manufacturers and can help rapidly scale portfolio of Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) and specialty cable compounds across India.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop major Wire & Cable customers Drive trials, approvals and commercial conversions Build a strong pipeline of high-volume accounts Increase sales of HFFR and specialty compounds Develop long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers Achieve ambitious regional sales and volume targetsWhat We Are Looking For
Experience selling cable compounds, polymers, additives, masterbatches, machinery or other products into cable manufacturers Proven ability to open new accounts and convert technical trials into commercial business Strong negotiation, relationship management and B2 B sales skills Ability to develop and scale a high-growth product category across the region Minimum 7 years of experience in the Wire & Cable or closely allied industry Strong network within the Indian Wire & Cable industry Direct relationships with Purchase, Procurement, Technical, R& D and Management decision-makersProfessionals currently working with cable compound manufacturers, polymer companies, additive suppliers, masterbatch companies, cable machinery companies or other key suppliers to the Wire & Cable industry are especially encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Competitive Fixed Base package + attractive performance-linked incentives.
