Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth project execution. Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment. Oversee quality control measures to guarantee high standards of construction. Track project progress and address any deviations from the planned schedule or budget. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly. Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations in Charleston. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Experience on $20M+ ground-up projects Municipal, education, or commercial background preferred Strong leadership and scheduling abilities Proven success leading field operations.
