Our client is a Brazil/US legal and business advisory firm that helps multinational companies, entrepreneurs, investors and families build their lives and businesses in the United States. The role - Lead a portfolio of business and investor immigration matters: L-1 (including blanket and new office), E-2, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, PERM and adjustment of status. - Advise Brazilian companies on moving executives and teams to the US, from strategy to approval. - Act as trusted counsel to founders, investors and families, in Portuguese and English. - Review and sign petitions and RFE responses, and guide associates and paralegals. - Help grow the practice through client relationships, content and the Brazil/US business community. What we are looking for - JD or LL.M., with active bar admission in a US jurisdiction. - Native or full professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English. xzbcwsv - Experience with Brazilian clients and familiarity with the Brazilian business environment.
