We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr. Costing & Construction Planner / Schedule Monitoring Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control activities for the Dasu Hydropower Project. The selected candidate will assist in developing project schedules, tracking construction progress, analyzing project performance and preparing planning and cost-related reports.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr. Costing & Construction Planner / Schedule Monitoring Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control activities for the Dasu Hydropower Project. The selected candidate will assist in developing project schedules, tracking construction progress, analyzing project performance and preparing planning and cost-related reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, updating and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor construction progress and compare actual performance against planned targets.
• Support project costing, budgeting and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves and schedule analyses.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering and procurement teams for schedule updates.
• Identify schedule delays and assist in developing mitigation and recovery plans.
• Maintain project planning databases and documentation.
• Assist in preparing earned value and productivity analyses.
• Support the review and verification of contractors' work programs and progress claims.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and prepare planning-related presentations.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• 2-5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or construction management.
• Experience on hydropower, dam, tunnel, infrastructure, or large construction projects will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of project costing, resource planning and schedule monitoring techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
