Senior Architect

Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects from design development through execution.

The Senior Architect will take ownership of projects, guide architectural teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure design quality, technical resolution, and timely delivery across multiple assignments.

• Lead architectural projects from concept development through documentation and execution
• Manage and guide project teams across multiple ongoing projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, details, materials, and design documentation to maintain design intent
• Oversee project timelines, site coordination, and overall quality of delivery



• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
