Job Description Lead all day-to-day field operations for assigned multifamily renovation and construction projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6. Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations. Coordinate with owners, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, quality standards, budgets, and turnover schedules. Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and site reports. Create and manage site utilization plans, material staging, equipment movement, and site access plans. Conduct safety audits, quality inspections, and punch list management. Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5-7+ years of experience in a lead field supervisory or Superintendent role. Multifamily construction experience required; interiors and renovation experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to independently lead and manage an entire construction project. Experience directing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, and/or Bluebeam is highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
