Position: Revit Engineer Location: Pune, Maharashtra (or project-specific) Experience: 3–6 years in BIM/Revit Modeling

Role Overview

Opportunity seeking for German MNC

We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
• Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
• Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
• Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
• Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare general layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.
• Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.
• Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.
• Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.
• Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Strong project management, team collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM modeling.
• Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential projects preferred.
