Compensation:$200,000 - $300,000 Base Salary (based on experience, qualifications, and book of business)

Requirements:MUST HAVE: 8+ years of Construction Law experienceAdmission to practice in New YorkExperience representing architects, engineers, and other design professionalsExperience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional services agreements and construction-related contractsStrong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skillsAbility to serve as outside general counsel to sophisticated design and construction clients
PLUS:Experience with AIA contractsConstruction litigation experienceProfessional liability matters experienceDesign defect dispute experience
