We are seeking a
Technical Program/project Manager
to lead large-scale technical programs across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role will focus heavily on
AWS, data engineering platforms, cloud technologies, and customer-facing technology initiatives
in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate comes from a
product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven organization
and has experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies. Drive programs involving
AWS, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and microservices . Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders. Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes. Drive Agile execution, program governance, and delivery tracking. Coordinate global/onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and partners. Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Must-Haves 4+ years
of Technical Program Management or similar experience. Experience in
enterprise/large-scale environments . Experience delivering
data-driven platforms or data engineering programs . Strong exposure to
AWS/cloud platforms . Understanding of APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts. Strong Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership experience. Product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven company background strongly required. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Credit bureaus / financial services / fintech. Global distributed teams. Offshore/onshore delivery models. PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
