Hiring: Architect
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Design Built Studio is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (BArch).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS-Office.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning, interior detailing, and construction.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- English and Kannada are mandatory.
- Willing to work from our Bangalore Office.
