Key Responsibilities ✅ Review and enhance script structure ✅ Identify plot gaps, continuity issues, and pacing concerns ✅ Strengthen character motivations and emotional impact ✅ Refine dialogue and scene transitions ✅ Improve hooks, twists, and cliffhangers ✅ Ensure screenplay formatting standards are maintained ✅ Collaborate closely with writers and creative teams Requirements ✔ Strong understanding of storytelling fundamentals ✔ Excellent editing and proofreading skills ✔ Ability to assess narrative flow and script quality ✔ Knowledge of screenplay formatting ✔ Strong written communication skills ✔ Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback ⭐ Preferred Qualifications ➕ Experience editing movie, web-series, or drama scripts ➕ Portfolio or editing samples ➕ Freelance script editing experience
