Hiring: Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing

Head Field Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition for the Domestic Staffing business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert opportunities into business.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our domestic staffing customer base.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development .
• Strong understanding of the PAN India staffing market.
• Existing relationships or connections with staffing customers will be preferred.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets.
