Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners; and monitoring progress to ensure milestones and quality standards are met. The Senior Project Manager will manage scheduling and logistics, track project risks and issues, and ensure that expediting and inspection activities are aligned with client requirements. This role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and continuously optimizing project processes to improve efficiency and results.
Qualifications
Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teams.Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely movement of materials, information, and deliverables.Proficiency in Logistics Management, including planning, tracking, and optimizing resources and workflows.Inspection experience to verify compliance with quality, safety, and client specifications.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, online PM platforms).Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. xzbcwsv Prior experience in a senior or lead project management role in consulting, operations, or similar settings.
