Senior Business Development Manager (Luxury B2C)

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Business Development Manager for a full-stack home resale and property platform based in Mumbai that revolutionises the way users buy and sell luxury, secondary homes. This tech enabled startup has recently raised series A funding led by Stellaris Ventures and in this role you will be leading buyer sales & experience in a given micro market

Responsibilities

• Lead Buyer sales and experience in a given MM (Conversions + NPS), guiding buyers through home buying and handling escalations
• Pitch, present, negotiate and onboard buyers to the platform
• Adopt a consultative form of sales - taking efforts in understanding the clients pain points & guiding them on benefits of the platform
• Build long-term relationships with the clients & manage escalations
• Collaborate with growth, partnerships and product teams to drive initiatives for buyer side growth and experience improvement
• Build strategic partnerships with various premium HNI networking groups
• Participate in relevant industry events, exhibitions, engagements & summits to acquire leads
• Reach potential clients via cold calling, referrals & in-person meetings to present the sales pitch & offerings
• Up sell and cross sell to existing clients and accounts

Good to Have -

• Experience in consultative form of sales for luxury products
• Experience in building sales funnels & business development strategy for luxury b2c startups
• Strong communication skills & customer orientation
• Experience in field work

CTC - Rs.18-24LPA + Esops
