As the Group continues to scale across businesses and geographies, we are looking for a senior finance leader who can build a strong, scalable and future ready financial organisation while partnering closely with the leadership team on business growth and value creation.

KRPVT Group is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's finance function and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, governance, capital allocation, and sustainable growth across its multiple business entities.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially oriented finance leader who can combine strong financial governance with strategic business thinking and work closely with the Group's leadership to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Location: Industrial Area, Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Senior finance leadership / CFO / Group CFO experience preferred

• Lead the Group finance function across multiple companies, covering financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and long term financial strategy across business verticals.
• Partner with Group leadership on business planning, profitability, investment decisions, capital allocation, and growth strategy .
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance systems across the Group.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury management .
• Provide leadership with timely and actionable financial and business insights to support data driven decision making.
• Lead internal and statutory audits , tax matters, regulatory compliance, and financial risk mitigation.
• Develop systems for business unit profitability, performance measurement, cost optimisation, and financial accountability .
• Work closely with business heads to identify opportunities for margin improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation .
• Build, lead, and mentor a high performing finance team and establish robust financial processes as the Group scales.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with significant experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a CFO, Group CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership position .
• Strong expertise across financial management, accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, compliance, and corporate governance .
• Strong understanding of P&L management, working capital, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls .
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into commercial insights and business decisions .
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team building skills .
• Experience managing finance functions across multiple entities and business verticals will be highly valued.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, consumer businesses, or other high-volume and working-capital-intensive businesses will be an advantage.
• Experience in building or scaling finance systems, processes, MIS, and governance frameworks is a strong plus.
