Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Dwarka. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing risks and dependencies, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, resolving operational issues, and aligning project outcomes with client requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, interior execution, civil construction, or a similar role.

Strong practical knowledge of interior and civil construction processes .

Experience in handling interior fit-out and construction projects .

Good understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, BOQs, measurements, and specifications.

Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction processes.

Proven ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, designers, engineers, and site teams.

Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
