Account Manager

Position: Manager –Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 1yr Post completion Qualification: CA/CA fresher also welocmed Job Summary: Strong experience in Accounts, GST, Taxation, Audits, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable and Receivable. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting audit and financial reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and review day-to-day accounting operations. • Manage and review GST compliance, GST reconciliation and input tax credit. • Review Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports. • Coordinate and support statutory, internal and financial audits. • Review ledgers, reconciliations, provisions, accruals and accounting entries. • Handle TDS and other applicable tax compliances. • Review bank, vendor and customer reconciliations. • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts. • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for audit and taxation matters. • Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements. • Provide financial and accounting analysis to management. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Accounts, GST, Taxation and Auditing. • Good understanding of financial statements and finalization of accounts. • Strong experience in AP, AR and reconciliations. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting ERP systems. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience in retail, jewelry or multi-location businesses will be preferred.
