Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
We're looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CNC machining and a proven track record of leading production teams in a precision manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day plant and tool room operations.
- Drive production planning to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Manage and mentor supervisors, programmers, engineers, and machine operators.
- Optimise machine utilisation and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and drawings.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.
