What You’ll Do:Coach doctors & teams: Guide practices to run efficiently, profitably, and with less stress.Lead workshops & training: Facilitate group sessions that elevate team culture and systems.Strategize for growth: Help clients set and achieve goals in leadership, patient care, and business success.Bring office insight: Use your firsthand dental experience to connect deeply with teams and deliver real-world solutions.Commit to growth: Embark on ICF-accredited coach training and continuous professional development.
