We've built the audience, brand, and infrastructure. We're looking for an advisor who can turn that opportunity into long-term client relationships. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped production-based compensation Six-figure total compensation is achievable in Year 1 for an advisor who successfully builds production, with that level of production expected entering Year 2 Long-term upside grows alongside the client relationships and assets you help bring to the firm Full compensation structure shared with qualified candidates The Opportunity Federal employees face unusually complex decisions as they transition into retirement - FERS elections, TSP distributions and rollovers, Social Security, survivor benefits, taxes, insurance, and lifetime income. Walker Capital has built a specialized practice around helping federal households navigate those decisions. The opportunity is significant. More than 317,000 federal employees separated from federal service in 2025 , creating an unusually large population navigating retirement, benefits, TSP, tax, and income decisions. You won't start from zero. What You'll Do Proactively pursue qualified prospects within our federal employee community Consistently use phone, email, and follow-up to turn interest into planning conversations Convert qualified prospects into long-term advisory clients Guide federal households through retirement income, TSP, tax, insurance, and federal benefit decisions Build relationships that deepen over time Maintain and manage your pipeline with clear production targets and accountability Move people from education to confident action We measure outcomes - not just activity.
