Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Monitor quality control processes and proactively resolve field issues. Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, schedules, and project milestones. Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders. Review construction documents and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications. Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and daily logs. The Successful Applicant Previous experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and field operations. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with construction management software and technology tools. Stable work history with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
