Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and accountable Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to Kshetra Farm's business growth.

This is a highly market-facing role for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, and turning conversations into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue channels.

* Drive customer acquisition and lead conversion.

* Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, corporate clients, communities, and strategic partners.

* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

* Conduct market research and identify potential expansion opportunities.

* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.

* Track leads, conversions, partnerships, and overall sales performance.

* Take ownership of targets and deliver measurable results.

* Represent Kshetra Farm at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Growth.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership.

* Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, D2C, subscription-based businesses, or startups will be an advantage.

* A strong understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition.

* Someone who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* And someone who would drive results and not just talk about.
