What You’ll Do (The Role): Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from patients across the US, obtaining their information and understanding their medical concerns. Appointment Coordination: Gather detailed symptom information and book doctor appointments with the nearest care facilities. Patient Navigation: Coordinate seamlessly with patients, caregivers, and family members throughout the booking process. Emergency Assistance: P
