Cleveland Controls is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team!We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring things get done right.As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers, coordinating orders, and working with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingServe as a key point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing order updates.Prepare customer quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to meet customer needs.Review orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.Handle order changes, returns, credits, and customer concerns.Help ensure a positive customer experience from quotation through delivery.What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A team-oriented attitude and willingness to work across departments.Ability to read product specifications or engineering drawings is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive hourly compensationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA/FSA optionsPaid holidays, vacation, and PTO401(k) retirement planLife insurance and employee assistance programA collaborative work environment
