Seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Client Relations Specialist to support high‑volume service needs for commercial trucking clients. This role handles certificates, endorsements, account updates, documentation, and routine client requests while maintaining accurate records in Applied Epic. Ideal for a developing insurance professional looking to grow in a specialized trucking‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue certificates, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage
• Process driver, vehicle, equipment, and account changes
• Prepare and track endorsement requests
• Maintain complete documentation in Applied Epic
• Request loss runs, MVRs, schedules, and underwriting documents
• Support onboarding and renewal data collection
• Monitor open activities and carrier items
• Provide timely, professional responses to client requests

Qualifications

• 1+ year commercial insurance or related experience
• Strong organization, accuracy, and follow‑through
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to manage repetitive, time‑sensitive tasks
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license
• Preferred: Applied Epic experience, trucking insurance exposure
