About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our growing U. S. operations from India. This is a strategic HR role focused on recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, policy implementation, and supporting a U. S.-based workforce.
The ideal candidate has experience working with U. S. companies, understands U. S. employment practices, and is comfortable researching and interpreting U. S. federal and state labor regulations when required.
This is a long-term remote opportunity working closely with our leadership team during U. S. business hours.
Key Skills Required
Experience supporting U. S.-based companies
Strong understanding of U. S. HR practices and employment lifecycle
Familiarity with U. S. labor laws and compliance requirements, or the ability to research and interpret them
Full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
Employee onboarding and offboarding
HR policy development and implementation
Performance management
Employee engagement
HR documentation and record management
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U. S.-based positions
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations and resolve HR -related concerns professionally
Research U. S. labor laws and employment regulations as required
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment requirements
Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Work closely with management on organizational planning and workforce needs
Support payroll coordination and HR administration where required
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company culture development
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics

Experience with HR IS, ATS, and recruitment platforms
Strong understanding of documentation and compliance processes
SHRM, HR CI, or similar HR certifications are a plus
Valid U. S. visa and ability to travel to the United States is preferred, but not required
Working Hours
Must be comfortable working U. S. business hours.
This is a remote position based in India.
