Job Description Lead and manage all aspects of retail construction projects, ensuring successful delivery. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to align on project goals and timelines. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules. Mentor and guide construction team members to achieve optimal performance. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent - Retail Construction should have: Experience with managing retail construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong leadership skills to effectively oversee teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000.
