Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Copywriter to lead the development of compelling, insight-driven creative ideas across campaigns and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who combines conceptual thinking with exceptional writing skills and can inspire teams to deliver impactful, award-worthy work while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, print, film, experiential, and emerging platforms.
• Develop compelling copy and brand narratives that align with client objectives and brand voice.
• Mentor and manage copywriters, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Management, and Production teams.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure creative excellence, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
• Translate consumer insights and business challenges into innovative creative solutions.
• Stay current with cultural trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
• Support Creative Directors in shaping the department's creative vision and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies.
• Proven portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and strong conceptual thinking.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing creatively.
• Excellent understanding of digital, social, content, and traditional advertising.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
