Overview Registered Nurse – ICU role in Clearlake, California, for a travel assignment starting 08/31/2026 and lasting 13 weeks in a hospital setting. - Plan, coordinate, and implement ICU patient care for adult patients within the assigned unit
- Ensure high-quality, safe care consistent with unit standards and policies
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams; communicate with patients and families
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing systems and patient needs; demonstrate quality and efficiency in clinical practice
- Uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization; contribute to a respectful, team-centered environment
- Document care, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns following protocol
- Current California RN license in good standing (active)
- ICU nursing experience, preferably in an adult critical care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required or in process
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN degree
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU environment and collaborate with a fast-paced team
