Junior architect

Job Description Company Description The AHP Architects is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in architectural planning, spatial programming, and 3 D visualization, along with good communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities * Assist in developing architectural plans, layouts, and design proposals. * Create and develop 3 D models using Sketch Up. * Prepare basic architectural renders and visualizations. * Assist with spatial planning and programming across projects. * Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and team members. * Incorporate design feedback and revisions accurately. * Manage multiple tasks and project requirements efficiently while meeting deadlines. Key Requirements * B. Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture. * Good working knowledge of Sketch Up and basic rendering. * Good understanding of spatial planning and programming. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and a good design sensibility. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
