Graphic Design Lead

Job Title: Design Lead Experience: 4-6 years Location: Mumbai The Role: We’re looking for a Graphic Design Lead who can lead a team. This role is specifically for someone with strong experience in Beauty & Fashion —someone who understands aesthetics, trends, visual storytelling and what makes a brand feel premium, relevant and desirable. What We’re Looking For: 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, within a digital/creative agency. Strong portfolio specifically showcasing static graphic work with Beauty & Fashion brands. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, Image manipulation, composition and visual hierarchy. Strong command over emerging AI tools. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ; Figma/After Effects is a plus. Ability to take a project from concept → visual direction → execution → final delivery . Strong presentation, communication and people-management skills. Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines and business requirements.
