About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry in Mobile, Alabama. Job Description Lead and manage all phases of mixed commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain open communication and effective collaboration. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing potential risks proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards on all projects. Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Experience with managing mixed commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a busy environment.
