Front Office Executive / Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-presented Front Office Executive who can represent the organisation professionally and create a warm, positive experience for every client and visitor.

ACPL, ACPL design limited, based in South Delhi & Gurugram, We are a complete Design Organization established in 1973 having professional practice in ARCHITECTURE and Interior Designing and offering Project Management Consultancy Services all over India for the last 48 years.

The Firm is proficiently equipped to handle jobs of various types and magnitude. Today at ACPL there's an employed full time team of 200+ professionals together.

Its activities cover Architectural and Interior Design Projects of Urban Planning, RETAIL & Shopping Malls, townships , Institutional, Industrial, Residential and Commercial Complexes, Mall and multiplexes, Corporate Offices, Star rated Hotels & Holiday Resorts.

Experience

2-5 years in front office, reception, client relations or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, calendars and office applications

Confident, pleasant and professional personality

Manage reception, calls, visitors, appointments and meeting coordination

Excellent telephone and email etiquette

Coordinate efficiently with senior management and internal teams

Organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking

Strong sense of hospitality, discretion and professional etiquette

This is not just a reception desk role. We are looking for someone who can be the welcoming face of the organisation, engage confidently with clients and ensure a seamless front-office experience.
