Looking for someone who has:

Prior experience opening bars/pubs/breweries (hands-on with liquor licensing)

Knowledge of microbrewery setup – equipment, capacity, excise regulations

Location scouting experience – site selection, competition mapping, rental economics

Lease negotiation with landlords/brokers/mall developers

Comfortable owning a deal pipeline end-to-end (scouting → LOI → licensing → handover)

Good to have: broker network in Mumbai/Pune, mall leasing exposure, multi-outlet chain experience.
