What We're Looking For

• CA – 5+ years experience
• MBA from Tier-1 College – 5+ years experience
• MBA – 7+ years experience
• Strong experience in Treasury OR Product Control + Accounting
• Banking / FinTech industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity, capital and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Bonds, Derivatives and Accounting Standards
• Product Control experience will be an added advantage
• Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, Python/Copilot or automation is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Prior team management / people leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and integrity of daily/monthly financial and regulatory information
• Manage end-to-end business unit controls, including P&L production, analysis and balance sheet substantiation
• Support core Treasury activities across Liquidity, Capital, Term Funding, Securitisation, Interest Rate & FX Risk
• Produce and support Basel III liquidity metrics and regulatory reporting
• Drive data integrity, financial forecasting, modelling and reconciliation
• Identify and resolve financial/control issues and provide solutions to senior stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and develop team members
