Role Description The Article Assistant (CA/CMA) will support audit, assurance, taxation, and advisory engagements under the guidance of senior professionals. Daily responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, performing vouching and verification, preparing work papers, and documenting findings. The role involves supporting tax return preparation, compliance filings, and basic financial analysis, as well as helping draft reports and presentations for clients. The Article Assistant will also conduct research on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory updates, and participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
- Enrollment as a CA or CMA Article Assistant with a recognized institute, and a strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and direct and indirect tax basics, with the ability to apply them in practical assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with accounting or audit software; comfort working with data and documentation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured manner.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and a professional, ethical work attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing regulations and client needs, and participate actively in training and development programs.
