Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries, consultations & follow-ups

• Explain treatment options, packages & pricing

• Build patient relationships and improve conversions

• Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline

• Coordinate with medical & marketing teams

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

• Strong sales & conversion skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Patient-focused and professional approach

• Fluent in English; Tamil preferred

• Healthcare / clinic / cosmetic sales experience preferred
