We’re growing and need a Founding Head of Marketing to turn a sharp new brand into a measurable growth engine, without losing what makes SkillBit fun and different. The Role This is a hands-on senior leadership role. You’ll own marketing strategy, lead an existing team, partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and the founders, and stay close enough to execution to ship. We’re looking for someone with real ownership, urgency, and creative instinct. Someone who sees what needs to be done, builds the plan, and moves without waiting for perfect information or detailed instructions. SkillBit has personality. We want someone who sees that as an opportunity. Someone who can come up with memorable ideas, push beyond the expected B2B playbook, and still connect creative work back to pipeline and growth. You don’t need to be an expert in every marketing discipline. You do need strong instincts, good judgment, creativity, and the drive to figure things out. What You’ll Own Strategy: Turn company goals into clear marketing priorities, campaigns, budgets, and plans. Demand + pipeline: Build programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Brand + positioning: Protect what makes SkillBit different while sharpening our story, messaging, voice, and market position. Creative campaigns: Turn product launches, research, events, and company moments into ideas people actually notice. Sales
