PVOLVE Nashville is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Gulch studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, is comfortable connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced studio environment.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in members and guestsProviding a high level of customer service and creating a positive studio experienceAnswering questions about classes, memberships, packages, and studio policiesFollowing up with prospective members and assisting with membership and package salesResponding to phone, text, and email inquiriesSupporting daily studio operations, including opening and closingMaintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studioAssisting with events, promotions, and other studio needs as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independentlyHas strong communication and customer service skillsIs outgoing and confident speaking with both current and prospective membersIs organized and able to manage multiple priorities xzbcwsv Is comfortable with sales and lead follow-upHas an interest in fitness, wellness, or hospitalityHas flexibility to work a combination of early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Previous boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
