International voice support (tech/ customer support) - night shift

Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Week Offs

Walk-In Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate 1st Cross Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - .

Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process. Technical Support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to international customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
