Working remotely on a full-time basis, the California Licensed Property Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners' claims, determine coverage and damages, and negotiate claims within their authority. Key Responsibilities Handles investigations regarding all aspects of homeowners' first-party claims, exercising discretion and independence Applies increased experience in specialty areas such as coverage, investigation, and large loss claims Partners with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes Required Qualifications Active California Property Adjuster License 2 or more years of experience in property claims adjusting (preferred) Understanding of residential construction and repair, including structural integrity Familiarity with insurance policies and industry standards Experience with claims administration and relationship management
