INFIGROW AI is looking for an AI Co-Founder (with Investment) — for it's German & Indian Entity

INFIGROW AI is a cross-border growth company built on a simple observation: the India–DACH trade corridor is one of the largest and fastest-growing in the world, and it is still run on referrals, trade-fair business cards and expensive consultants. The intelligence that a DAX corporate buys for six figures is out of reach for the SME that actually needs it most.

We are changing that with AI.

From our Berlin headquarters (infi Grow Ventures UG, converting to Gmb H) and our Indian operating entity in Ahmedabad (INFIGROW Ventures LLP), we help German, Austrian and Swiss Mittelstand companies enter India, and Indian manufacturers enter the DACH market — with AI doing the heavy lifting.

What we do

AI-Powered Distributor & Partner Matching — algorithmic identification of the right channel partners, distributors and OEM buyers on both sides of the corridor representation AI Visibility (AEO / GEO) — helping B2 B companies become the answer when buyers ask Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, not just a blue link on page two of Google Market Intelligence — AI-generated market entry analyses, competitive landscapes, pricing and regulatory intelligence, delivered in days instead of months Cross-Border Execution — lead generation, company registration, local hiring, warehousing, legal and compliance support, exhibition Business DNA Profiling & Intelligence Hub — structured company intelligence that makes every match, pitch and outreach sharper

Four years in, we are revenue-generating with paying clients across electrical equipment, industrial automation, XR/enterprise software and infrastructure, active mandates with European and Indian manufacturers, and a productised engagement model (Launchpad / Traction / Accelerate) that is already being sold and delivered.

The Opportunity

Role: AI Co-Founder & Investor — Product, Technology & Growth

Location: Berlin / Ahmedabad / Hybrid (EU or India based)

Indicative Investment: €80,000 (Indian Entity) / €150,000 (German Entity)

Indicative Equity: ~10% (Indian Entity) / 15% (German Entity)

Structure: Open for participation in both entities — the German Gmb H and the Indian LLP

*Subject to final valuation, due diligence, shareholder agreements and mutually agreed terms.

This is not a passive cheque. This is a founding seat at a company with a live corridor, live clients and a product roadmap that needs an owner.

What you'll build and own

Fundraising & investor relations — help shape and lead the next institutional round Team building — scale the engineering and operations team in Ahmedabad and the commercial team in Berlin Corridor expansion — extend the model beyond DACH into wider Europe and beyond India into Southeast Asia AI product & platform — take our distributor-matching engine, intelligence hub and AI-visibility stack from working systems to a scalable, defensible product Dual-market operations — co-lead the German go-to-market alongside the Indian delivery and engineering organisation Enterprise growth — open doors into Mittelstand manufacturers, Indian industrial groups, chambers of commerce, trade bodies and industry associations

Who we're looking for

Senior executive ready to build their own company — a Head of Product, VP Engineering, GM or Partner who has run the playbook inside a larger organisation and now wants equity, not a title Angel investors and entrepreneurs who invest capital and show up on Monday morning Real depth in AI/ML, Saa S, data products, industrial technology or cross-border B2 B A network worth opening — industrial, investor, or both Comfort operating across two cultures, two legal systems and two time zones Long-term conviction. We are building a corridor company, not a flip.

Prior India–Europe experience is a strong advantage. It is not a requirement. Curiosity, capital and execution are.

Why now

India–Germany bilateral trade is at record levels, and the EU–India FTA is reshaping the corridor Mittelstand companies need India. Indian manufacturers need Europe. Neither can afford a Big Four entry project.
