U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Medical Dietitian to provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and care planning for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease in our dialysis programs. In this role, you will manage individualized renal meal plans, monitor labs and clinical outcomes, and collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and social workers to optimize patient health. You will educate patients and families on renal diets, fluid restrictions, and lifestyle changes, document care in the EMR, and support quality and regulatory standards while contributing to a compassionate, patient-first team culture.
