Your Role as a Operations Director (Lift Engineering) will Include:

* Leading day-to-day operations across bespoke lift installation projects
* Overseeing project delivery, resource planning, programme and operational performance
* Working closely with design, engineering, installation teams and senior stakeholders
* Driving operational efficiency, quality, health & safety and customer satisfaction
* Managing and developing teams, strengthening processes and supporting business growth
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, main contractors and key suppliers

The successful Operations Director (Lift Engineering) will need:

* Proven operational leadership experience within the lift industry, new installations and construction
* Experience managing complex projects, teams, resources and operational performance
* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance quality, delivery and profitability
* Excellent client-facing skills and experience liaising with main contractors
* A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on high standards and continuous improvement
* Relevant lift engineering qualifications or technical knowledge would be advantageous
