Strong Azure experience
Enterprise Data Platform / Lakehouse ownership
Experience with Unity Catalog, platform governance & security
Data Platform reliability, operations & scalability
Cloud/Databricks cost optimization & Fin Ops
Strong team and stakeholder leadership
