Who We AreThe Keri Shull Team has been a dominant player in the DMV for over 20 years. We've sold more than 5,275 homes and well over $5 billion in real estate across Virginia, Maryland and DC. More than 22% of our homes sell off-market, we have 159,000+ people in our database, and our clients have given us a 5.0 rating on Zillow across 782 reviews.Now we're building something new, and we're looking for a small group of agents to build it with us.
The RoleYou'll list the homes that didn't sell the first time: expireds, withdrawns and cancels. You won't be starting from scratch. We already have the scripts, the listing presentations and testimonials from past clients, and we know the daily cadence that leads to success. You'll put it all to work and help turn it into a system anyone can follow. Once it works here, you'll take it national. You'll recruit agents around the country to run the same system, lead those teams, and build passive income as they grow.This role is for agents who are driven to earn $200,000+ a year and who already have a vision for what comes after that.
What You'll DoCall expired, withdrawn and canceled sellers every morning, and knock on doors.Find out why the home didn't sell, isolate the real objection, and solve it.Win the appointment and win the listing with our scripts and listing presentation.Manage contractors and pre-listing work (repairs, paint, staging, clean-outs) so the home shows at its best the second time around.Follow the daily cadence we know works, track your results, and help turn it into a system anyone can follow.Recruit, train and lead agents across the country who run that system.
Who You AreYou're not afraid of the phone, doors or rejection.
