1st Shift Powder Coater Location: Mansfield, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, OH. This is a first-shift/second- shift opportunity for someone with previous powder coating experience who takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal parts and components
• Prepare products for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials
• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage
• Perform touch-ups or rework as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous powder coating experience is required
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Full-time, steady first-shift schedule
• Monday through Friday – weekends off
