Graphic Designer

<p> We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategy into powerful visual storytelling. This role goes beyond social media posts. </p><p></p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Design brand-aligned creatives for: </li><li> LinkedIn &amp; social media campaigns </li><li> Website banners and landing pages </li><li> Corporate decks &amp; leadership presentations </li><li> Emailers &amp; newsletters </li><li> Event branding &amp; internal communication </li></ul><p></p><ul><li> Maintain brand consistency across all platforms </li><li> Create visually engaging infographics for thought leadership content </li><li> Support website design updates in collaboration with developers </li><li> Work closely with the marketing head to conceptualize campaign themes </li><li> Ensure high-quality output with strong typography, alignment, and color balance </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Video Production &amp; Editing (preferred) </b></p><ul><li> Shoot and edit: </li><li> Leadership interviews </li><li> Thought leadership videos </li><li> Corporate announcements </li><li> Event coverage </li><li> Employee engagement videos </li></ul><p></p><ul><li> Edit videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and website use </li><li> Add motion graphics, subtitles, brand elements, and transitions </li><li> Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and audio during shoots </li><li> Coordinate with leadership for professional on-camera output </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Desired Skills (Technical &amp; Behavioural): </b></p><ul><li> Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy </li><li> Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (advanced use)</li><li> Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus </li><li> Ability to interpret briefs and deliver within timelines </li><li> Strong attention to detail and aesthetics </li><li> Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Design degree preferred </li><li>4-8 years of experience in corporate or branding design </li><li> Experience working with consulting / finance / professional services firms is a plus </li><li> Strong portfolio showcasing branding and corporate communication work </li></ul><p></p>
